CCTV's Sound Off Launches!

Concord resident Dick Waters appears on the first episode of Sound Off, a forum for members of the Concord and Carlisle community to express themselves on any topic they choose. From political to cultural to personal, any topic is welcome on Sound Off.

Elliot Lilien Presents Brahms

Elliot Lilien returns to the Carlisle Gleason Public Library for a series about Johannes Brahms (1833-1897). This series is a consideration of Brahms as a composer, with heavy emphasis on his method. For music lovers and those that want to become better listeners. Elliot Lilien Presents Johannes Brahms was produced by CCTV volunteer Dave Ives and will air for the next eight weeks beginning Saturday, March 22nd at 8:00 PM with encore presentations Monday at 6:00 PM, Tuesday at 3:00 PM, Wednesday at 8:00 PM, Thursday at 10:30 PM and Friday at 9:00 AM.

CCTV volunteer tapes fair

CCTV volunteer Luke Anagnostopoulos captured the latest volunteer fair at CCHS on video. Thanks for the great footage Luke! CCTV created the story about the event.

CCPI Tapes Forum

Regine Ryder, of the Concord/Carlisle Parents Initiative (CCPI), leads a forum on January 10th on Teen Driving Safety. Ryder, together with other CCPI members, engaged in video production training at CCTV to turn the forum into a television show. Graphics for the show were done by Priscilla Sturges.

Meteorologists in the making. Thanaya Henry's Thoreau first grade class schools us on the science and art of forecasting the weather around Concord and Carlisle. Catch the future weather watchers on CCTV Channel 10 Saturday., Feb. 9 at 8 AM and 12 N; Sunday, Feb. 10 at 1:30 PM, Monday, Feb 11 at 5 PM, Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 6:30 PM, Thursday, Feb 14 at 6 PM and Friday, Feb. 15 at 4:30 PM.

CCTV Annual Meeting

CCTV has accomplished a wonderful year for local access television in Concord and Carlisle. We complete our third year in good shape to capitalize on the hard work behind us
as 2008 arrives. Our membership and their participation is truly the foundation of this strong and positive community-based media initiative.

Please join us as recognize those community members who have participated in the creative process and produced unique television programming for all of Concord and Carlisle.

The Annual meeting of CCTV, Inc. will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2007 at 7:00PM at the CCTV Studio, 500 Walden Street, Concord Mass.
